Pet Policy

Residents are prohibited from having animals (except for aquarium-bound fish, up to 10-gallon capacity) in units, common areas, or on the premises. Service animals are permitted to accommodate those with disabilities and special needs. Persons requesting the accommodation of an Assistance Animal will need to present reasonable support for their request and execute an addendum to their license related to their responsibilities for the care of their animal and be liable for any damage caused by the animal. Residents must get approval for an accommodation from the Salisbury University Office of Access & Accommodations prior to the assistance animal moving in or visiting the property.
