My apartment is in a convenient location, the staff are all very helpful with the exception of some RA’s, my apartment is nice but not updated at all, and the maintenance staff is nice and helpful.

Overall great place to stay! Very convenient walk to campus and maintenance is always on top of work orders! The walls are very thin so you can hear others below or above you

I’ve stayed at UP for about 2 years now. In comparison to other student apartments, the amenities are pretty similar. The main reason why I like UP is because maintenance and utilities is included in the price and the bus stop is right next to my apartment.

Overall the experience here is good. At the beginning of the year there were a few hiccups with things in the appartment that needed to be fixed but they were fixed pretty quickly. I have not had any problems with the community as a whole.
