See What Our Residents Think!

University Park is the best place to live right after freshman year. They make the transition super easy and the apartments are perfect for people living on their own for the first time.

Very nice furnished apartment, cool amenities, close to campus and the bus is super convenient. Lots of stuff to do close by in walking distance in walking distance or a short drive.

It’s great! Accommodating and perfect distance from campus. The clubhouse has more than I could ask for. Just can’t do anything about the noisy neighbors

My apartment community truly feels like a home away from home. Everyone is kind and respectful of others, responding well to any complaints. We all know each other and have found many ways to hang out together in order to suit everyone's interests. This includes homework study sessions in the complex's study area, playing pool in the club house, and even going to our University's athletic events together! I am so lucky to be in such a tightly knit community!

Great apartment complex. Apartments are very spacey and comfy. My UP staff is always very helpful and pleased to see everyone. 10/10 recommend.

A great community, everyone in the club house is very sweet and helpful. Everyone is always eager to help answer my questions. The environment is very welcoming to all. I love how UP has a pool available, printer, drink machines, grills, a volleyball court, hammocks, and much more! The apartments are very clean and I have not had any problems with any of the appliances. Great place to rent from!! Highly recommended

I like living here. The location is pretty conveniently. However, I suggest they make more parking spots available. Sometimes it’s impassible to find parking at night.

I love my apartment. All amenities work very well except our stove. Every time we cook on the stove our smoke detectors go off. And the noise from the people above us can be annoying but overall I’ve had a great experience!

Allie D.

Definitely could be better! Needs lots of updating. The couches are way too small, there’s always an issue with the water pressure or the temperature, No elevators, dryer caught on fire, dish washer always stinks, mold in bathroom when i moved in

Haley M.

I like the environment at the apartments. There's always something to do and the apartments are so close that you can walk everywhere. Our apartment had some problems when we moved in, but the maintenance crew is very helpful.

My apartment is in a convenient location, the staff are all very helpful with the exception of some RA’s, my apartment is nice but not updated at all, and the maintenance staff is nice and helpful.
