University Park Salisbury

University Park is the best place to live right after freshman year. They make the transition super easy and the apartments are perfect for people living on their own for the first time.

I love UP I love being able to live with my 4 best friends. UP is very close to campus as well so it is almost like you never left. My experience so far has been great.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The 4x4 are the way to go because its quieter and more parking. As for the staff, the maintenance people are super nice and quick to help out!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Decent living space for 4 college sophomores, but there have been a couple of issues regarding reports and parking that have continued to cause issues throughout our time living here.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

All interactions with residence staff and neighbors have been positive. It is nice not having a closing date and time for breaks like the dorms have.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's an affordable place to live while also being a very spacious apartment for four people. The amenities and location are nice aspects of the community.

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It’s great having your own room and bathroom in the UP 4x4. It gives me privacy whenever I need it and I don’t have to worry about cleaning a shared bathroom. The full size beds are another huge advantage of having a 4x4 compared to having a twin size bed that I was given freshman year. Cable was easy to set up and we have a ton of channels to choose from. I feel as if I’m at home living in my apartment because I’d the comfort and accessibility to appliances. Compared to sea gull square, you can’t hear your neighbors through the wall and be disturbed by conversations or other noises that are well heard in the sea gull apartments. Overall there is nothing to complain about and I’m thankful I was given a 4x4.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The only negative I have is that I hear everything, the apartments are so thin walled and so close together. I hear people talking outside and I get woken up all the time from the commotion outside and on the road.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It’s been okay so far. There’s still paint all over everything and multiple couch cushions have fallen apart. Other than th at I’m doing okay

University park is a great complex with great people and it is a wonderful college experience. The floor plan is very well planned and it Nader it very cozy. I would love to live here again

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Its very noisy and I feel my room shake when people come up the stairwell. Overall its fun cause you are surrounded by college kids and its a convenient location. Its not worth what you pay each month though.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living in UP is pretty awesome. Having a two bedroom is nice because of the spacious rooms and bigger beds. Maintenance has been urgent and RAs are helpful when needed on call! The apartment was a little dirty when we first moved in but other than that it’s great

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Park provides the perfect amount of space for living. I don’t feel restricted, space wise, but I feel as if I’m never missing out. I love it!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Park is amazing and I love being so close to all of my friends. The community is amazing and there are always so many fun activities happening. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else for sophomore year!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Nice place to live as a second year student. There is always something going on but not too noisy. Everyone around here is really friendly. I would definitely recommend living here

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love my apartment. My neighbor is my RA and she is very sweet. The community is very well put together and everyone is friendly. My biggest complaint would be the cleanliness of the apartment prior to moving in. There seems to be no structured service put in place to keep everything in check. Besides that I am enjoying my experience here and do not regret it one bit

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It works. Some RA has a bad attitude when she’s at the desk. Wish the prices were lower. It’s nice I can walk to my friends place. It’s close to campus

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love living at UP! Friendly people, love the community center, the bus makes it easy to get back and forth to campus without worrying about parking.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The staff here is very nice and are very willing to fix things the same day. Unfortunately, we do ten to have problems occur but nothing extreme. Overall, the apartment is very nice for the cost of living.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My experience has been amazing! the staff is very nice and all the amenities are awesome. Clubhouse is one of a kind, and the people are outstanding. Thanks for making this such a great and safe place

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The clubhouse is unreliable for printing, but the maintenance is very quick and responsive. In the 4x4’s there is always parking and only sometimes loud noise.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

They don’t clean the apartments before you move in, but overall not a bad place to live. In walking distance from everything, so that’s pretty nice.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I loved living here! super nice people and super nice students living here. the accomadations are great! would recommend to anyone and every one!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living here! There so much to do and I love that I can run over to my neighbors and hang out. It’s like a dorm but you have your own space and more freedom.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartments are great, very spacious, good appliances, and very homey. I loved being able to use the pool in the warm weather, as well as the clubhouse. Great community to be in!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It’s been really great. Maintenance comes fairly quickly and the appliances work well. The 4x4 is worth it to have your own bathroom in your room

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Good rooms and housing. Can be a bit loud on weekends and some weekdays. The glass for my window is very thin and doesn't block sound very well.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love being so close to campus and most of my friends. The outside of UP is always clean and kept up with. It can be loud on the weekends and parking can be difficult

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I’ve actually had a pretty good experience here at University Park. My room place was cleanse when I first moved in and I was matched with good roommates.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Park has lived up to what they said they would offer its residents. We love the proximity to all of our friends, class, and other places in Salisbury. Me and my roommates are liking living in UP.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It’s good I love it here. The apartment lay out is nice with a lot of room. I feel right at home, and the property itself looks beautiful. The staff is also very helpful (;

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I like living here because i’m close to all my friends and it’s walkable distance to my campus. Also it is very close to walmart which is super convenient. I feel very safe when walking outside alone.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living at University Park has been so great so far! I love that I have my own room and kitchen. I also really like how I’m not technically on campus but it’s not a far walk to get there.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Nice, clean environment to live in. More affordable than University Orchard. Helpful staff that is easy to contact. Parking can sometimes be a hassle

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have loved everything about living at UP so far! The clubhouse is a very engaging hub for student activities, while also serving as an optimal place to study and print papers for class. However, the conditions of the apartments when we moved in were absolutely horrific and disappointing considering how much we pay.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Location is nice, parking pass is free, and the space is better than the dorms. However, upon moving in the area was dirty and painted badly, there are stains everywhere. Counter space is very limited.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Apartment is nice, it’s great to have your own room, living area, and kitchen. However if anything needs to be done about the apartment, you kinda need to repetitively send in requests. I’ve had to resend a certain request multiple times and still haven’t heard about it. Other than that it’s a good area close to campus and is a nice step from the dorms.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far I have had a fun time. I have already made tons of memories and I cannot wait to see what this year brings me. thanks for the survey.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very noisy but decent location. The furniture was not comfy. Decent living space. My room was the biggest and the closet size was amazing!!!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really like the outdoor amenities like the volleyball courts and the pool I got to ALOT. Also everything is pretty clean except there seems to be a lot of gnats in the apartments even though we clean a lot and take the trash out. The bus service is very convienent as well.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love love love living here, wish the carpets were cleaned before i got there and they did a better job at painting. but i feel safe and love being near friends

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

You get the value for your money and the apartments are pretty nice. Living in the 4x4s gives me the room to hang out with my friends, but privacy when I need it.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

A great place to live while going to school. Great events, love the club house, and there are great RA's. There isnt anything I think needs changing.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Park is a great place to live that is very welcoming and provides great service. The apartments are very spacious and are equipped with good appliances.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Good distance from campus which is great so that I don’t have to worry about parking. Wish we didn’t have to come to the clubhouse to pick up mail.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It’s great living in UP. The staff is mostly nice, maintenance comes quick, and there’s a nice BBQ area near me. I have a lot of group activities out there, it’s perfect for friends and family.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Yea so basically the carpet in my apartment never got replaced this summer, my shower doesn’t drain, y’all want me to pay rent when y’all cancelled my reoccurring payment, and the walls are thin

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great friendly staff and relatively quiet. Any loud noises get taken care of in a timely manner. Matainance gets completed quickly and efficiently

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

if you only want to live here for the convenience to school as well as having a place to work that's outside of the apartment for a study space this place is great. Preferably going after 5 to go when there isn't so much traffic of people

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My RA/ roommate is rude, but other than that I love living at UP!!! The location is perfect and the shuttle is so convenient. I will definitely be using it in the winter!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

overall good place to live, close to campus, fully furnished, has a pool, full sized bed and private bathroom if you’re in the 4x4 or 2x2. Spacious bedroom for an apartment

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

great place to live, super close to everything i need that being campus, restaurants, walmart, and more! the community feels safe and is well kept.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My stay here was met with open arms and great new friendships blossomed like flowers in the springtime I love the people here and I enjoy the bed

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living in the 4x4 is more laid back and gives me a great space to go to when I need to get homework done but don’t want to go to the crowded library.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

She has been very nice and enthusiastic every time I run into her. I feel comfortable going to her for advice and help in the future if need be.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

When we moved in, we had a lot wrong with the apartment. Our microwave was broken, our dryer was broken, multiple sinks and showers were clogged, the walls hadn’t been painted like they were supposed to, and there was mold in a bathroom. Everything is fine now though.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very good, every call i make normally gets answered. Maintenance is great. Very easy going people and the lawns are great. Very wonderful experience all around.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The university park living complex is excellent. They have many amenities in the clubhouse such as free coffee and snacks. The pool is nice in the summer not many people use it. The apartments themselves are nice and spacious. There is plenty of natural light with windows in my 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. The appliances were in good condition. I had some problems with the apartment when I initially moved in but the staff here was quick to fix it.

Twin glicks they siamese we gonna fknd out what he rolling in, slime a nih nickolodeon mop on me looking like a custodian yeah. On the block i let the uzi melt

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Overall my experience here is good. The only complaints I have are that sometimes the noise level here gets a little loud on the weekends and that grouping upper classmen and lower classmen together is not the best thing, at least in my experience.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have enjoyed living in University Park. I have found noise to be the biggest problem in the past as the walls are pretty thin. Maintenance is relatively fast at remedying any apartment issues that have been had.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

hi hello my name is and up sucks it’s loud the apartments have bugs and my roommates are annoying and the rent is way overpriced so lower that plz

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I like living here because, socially it’s like the dorms, but realistically it’s more private. I enjoy knowing my neighbors but also not having to see the same people everyday.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far it is very nice here. The distance to campus is perfect and the apartment is very nice. The only complaints are the broken appliances in the apartment (are now fixed) and occasional loud neighbors.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I like the apartments and the people here. Our apartment had to be repainted and and cleaned after we moved in but it was okay. I also like how close it is to campus and parking is great

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Overall a great experience, when I had issues with my shower it was fixed in a timely manner. In addition everyone working here including the RAs are very friendly and he

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love it here!! Everyone is super nice and understanding and i love being able to go workout 1 minute from my house in the gym or go get a chai tea latte from the clubhouse!!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

a great place to live and every time i have a problem it is always fixed fast. the apartment is very nice and so is the pool. there is always enough parking

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My experience has been great! The apartment was not so clean when we first arrived; food in fridge, dirty carpets, cabinets were dirty, but we cleaned everything.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It’s a great place to live when going to college, everything’s in walking distance and the community has been an amazing experience for my friends and i

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

For starters the appartment is very nice it was just very dirty when we first moved in dust everywhere around baseboards but once it was cleaned it was in very good shape only major problem we have found is the ants there are ants everywhere

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartments are nice for the price that they cost to rent. All amenities are included in the price so it’s not as expensive as it first seems.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the community and the location of University park. The apartments are way bigger than I ever thought they would actually be. The maintenance crew does their job but it takes time. There is also spider webs all over the steps, like they have never been cleaned off.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love it here so far. All of maintenance is very nice, residents are respectful, RA's are awesome. Benefits are great, and my room is awesome.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Everything is great as far as the atmosphere, cleanliness and it is very safe. The only thing is that the apartment was painted very sloppy with paint on counters, furniture, mirrors, and the floor.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I live in a 4x4 that has not been renovated like the people who live above me, and I am paying the same amount of rent for older appliances, both kitchen and laundry.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I like living in the 4x4, however I am paying the same rent as people above me, who have an updated kitchen and laundry appliances. I don't think I should be paying as much as everyone else if my apartment isn't as up-to-date as theirs.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far I have enjoyed my time living at University Park. It is not super expensive in comparison to UO. I especially love how close it is to campus, and that there is a bus stop!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Last year was pretty good. I don't have any complaints about it. I renewed my lease for one semester but I have to find someone who would like to take over for spring 20. I would be nice University Park Salisbury did that for me.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Apartment wasn’t cleaned and found mold under the sink. There was also paint splatter all over the floor. Our refrigerator was also broken and took forever to get maintenance to look at it. Lastly our stove didn’t work that well and we got 2 new stove tops but they never replaced the bigger stove tops.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far this has been an awesome place to live. When I checked in the room was incredibly clean. It is close enough to the school to walk, and even has free food fridays!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It feels like home to me and the way it is laid out is amazing. I can’t wait to live here next year! Couldn’t imagine living anywhere else! Home away from home

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love UP!!! The area is great and there is a lot to do around here. The buildings are all very nice and pretty. Our apartment is very cute and homey, we love it!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far I've enjoyed living here, very nice apartment rooms, and the club house has lot's to do. Parking can be a bit of a mess though. I wish there were more spots, or assigned spots.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Bigger rooms than other apartment complexes and closer to campus. So issues with the room like broken appliances and messy paint jobs are not the best but still a great place to live.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the community and the people around me but when I arrived the apartment looked like it had not been cleaned since previous owners. My roommates and I had to vacuum all floors and scrub the bathroom and kitchen down. Also the air vents look like they’re blowing dust/mold on to the ceiling. My bedroom floor had toenail clippings and the drawers had things spilt and awful dust.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The campus and buildings are great. Love how big it is for a college student and the individual rooms. Full kitchen is nice to use and not have to go anywhere. Overall, really a joy to live here.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the environment of the community and how the apartments are set up. Most of the staff are really nice an fun help you if you a have a problem.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

All of it so far has been awesome. The people, the apartment, the enviroment. The kitchen space could use more outlets. But the thing was bathrooms on move in day were gross.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

university park is a great place to live! Although, other apartments have been renovated before ours when we are paying the same price if not more (rent increased for second year living here). Our apartment stove was dirty and had a small fire yet we are not renovated. Aside from the small complaint it is a great place to live.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The community is great but when I moved in my whole apartment was dirty. There was dirt and paint all over the floor. The bathroom didn’t even like like it was clean. It was disgusting.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This is the best place for a student to live. Very close to everything on campus and safe. Never worry about a student that’s here. Great community and easy way to make friends.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Place was not cleaned in any way before I arrived. Trash was all over the floor. There was still poop in the toilet. Dust was everywhere and none of the appliances were cleaned. Had to live in someone else’s filth for two days before my apartment was cleaned. Very disappointed.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It has been a great experience so far besides how dirty the apartments are. When we came in it was super dirty so they moved us into a new apartment which was very clean.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great place to live!!! It’s a quiet neighborhood and nice and clean!!!! I would recommend anyone to live here if you are looking for an apartment!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Good establishment, poor treatment of housing over the summer but just needs a ton of TLC. There is paint on everything, but some of it came off while cleaning. Overall I am pretty excited to live here!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apparent is great but we get too much light in thru the windows. The couch isn’t stiff but the beds are nice. The kitchen and the apartment were really clean on move-in day.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I’ve enjoyed my stay here and love the proximity to campus. My only complaint is that I have a difficult time finding parking in the evenings when I’m coming back from somewhere.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Worst experience ever. Apartment allowed maintenance team to raid my room and steal all of my belongings. When i contacted the man concerning the situations they might as well as laughed in my face.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great experience. Love the amenities. Good rooms and roommate pairing. I love that it’s one flat rate including amenities and heating/air conditioning, electric and water bills

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Hi I like it it but I move inn in 8 day so and I’m we wrting this so that I can get a gift card through community rewards lmao okay more characters

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great Location. Lots of space. Really nice people. My room is nice, and I love have all the amenities, and roomies to share with. It is quiet and convenient

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have some great neighbors. All of my roommates get along great and we have a lot of fun staying in our university park apartment. Also it serves as a great hub for everything on campus

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I am super excited to try this out! I use amazon all the time, especially for apartment necessities. Being able to eat points by buying things I already need is awesome!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My apartment is great and spacious, but not updated. The Kitchen appliances are old. Also, there’s paint all over the floors that can’t be cleaned. Some appliances and the doors have serious blemishes. It’s relatively dirty. Otherwise, the furniture is comfortable, the kitchen is big with plenty of cabinet space, and the desk provided has tons of space, as well as the closet and the bathroom!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Its a little tight but all in all a good space with good amenities. The bathrooms and kitchen all work well and the furniture is in good condition.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The best apartment complex, bigger rooms than the dorms and cheaper too! Definitely worth the money to livehere. Would Reccomend to any incoming sophomores.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

All of the amenities offered to students are great however there seems to be little communication when it comes to rooming assignments. We got surprised with a random no one told us we had had a girl switch out so we were all confused as to why the random was in our apartment.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The staff is so sweet and always eager to help when you have a problem. The club house is gorgeous and a perfect place to hang out. The club house is also very conveniently placed right by the bus stop so it's easy to go into the club house to get a drink in the morning while heading off to school!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I move in late august but from referrals and friends they said it was the best place to live at. I can't wait to live there with my friends and enjoy all of the memories

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

10/10 would rent again. It’s great, it’s quiet, and it’s right next to campus, everything is so convenient! I could not think of a better place to live on campus!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very helpful staff, nice rooms and bathrooms, gym close by, love loving here. It’s also cheaper than paying for housing in the dorms, which is always a bonus.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very nice apartments. I love living so close to my friends and the closeness to campus. Included utilities is also a huge bonus. The pool reopening is also amazing.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very great amenities and great experience. Overall people were not loud so I could could study and get stuff done. Stove and pans worked well and i had a deluxe bedroom so it’s was spacious. Bathrooms were fine when kept clean but ac machine did not work

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Every time that I have called University Park, I have spoken to friendly and helpful people who didn’t mind me asking several questions they’ve probably heard before.

So far the staff have all been very helpful! All of the emails have helped me learn more about the community and have been very helpful in giving information. The location of the community is perfect and I am so excited to live there.

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Park apartments are very spacious and have great utilities. I live in a 4x4 and love the locations and all the things it has to offer.

It was very very good. Clean. The people I was living with were all the ones I requested. Every student around me were respectful as well and were very nice.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I was excited to live here. Main issue is just basically thin walls. But I enjoy the amenities the neighborhood and clubhouse offers. It’s an ideal location for school.

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Park is a very nice community. Many college kids live there making it a very fun spot to stay at while attending Salisbury University.

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Apartment seems cool and I’m sure I’ll liven living there I’m up on the third floor so move in is going to Ben a challenge but it’ll keep me active just hope this doesn’t leave women with crippling debt and I can get a job after college

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I’m excited to move in! this will be my first ever apartment and university park has made it super easy to sign up and apply. i can’t wait for the fall

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Its niceness but there is mold everywhere which is gross and even if you clean it there is still mold that’s grows back. There is also mold in the air vents.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Awesome place to live! Lots of amenities, great location, free shuttle to campus. Hours for the community center make it easy to use and love the beverages that are included

Haven’t started living here yet, but I’m not a fan that I move in in about a month have yet to find out where I’m living and who with. It’s frustrating.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far I like it. Wish I had someone to show me which room was mine.. A little more cleaning when I moved in. But other thank that it is pretty good.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Nice environment and community, great employees who value you as you should be valued. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. Will most definitely recommend to friends in the area.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I was confused with some of my lease and they replied very quickly and sent us me all the info we needed to better understand the terms. I also receive many helpful reminders and updates

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Park is great! A few items on the apartments could be updated, but overall it's a great location and perfect housing after freshman year

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living here! The community is awesome, there’s always students outside or at the pool when the weathers warm. The apartments are nice for the price you pay. The only downside is the walls are pretty thin so you can hear your neighbors a lot.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Park is a very welcoming place with a lot going on. There is an amazing pool and outdoor space to have a fun time with your friends.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love here it’s so much fun, the place is very big and clean and good for throwing parties in, I would not want to live anywhere else besides here

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I believe that living in UP helps me get to school and learn how to live in a community. It makes it easier to connect to other people and to go to school.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It’s a chill safe place to live that’s a nice walk to campus. A great place to live in Salisbury. Very helpful staff and great resources available.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love it! One of the best experiences living here. It’s brought me in touch with so many people I’d have never met otherwise and for that I am so grateful

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartments are great and a nice community. I love the pool and the gym for everyone to use. They are furnished which I really like and having furniture in the apartments makes moving in a lot easier.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

UP is a nice location and very close to campus. The apartments are spacious and have everything I need. Some of the appliances could be updated.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I LOVE UP and all the amenities that are offered. The only thing that I would complain about is how loud the parking lots can get late at night.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Limited parking but overall a major step up from the dorms. Would definitely recommend to my friends who want to have their own room but still have roommates.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

great community, clean and great location! very close to campus and the sports fields which is a big plus for me! love my roommates and the apartments are very good in size

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have had a great time living so close to campus but having that sense of freedom off campus. I love the amenities and the apartment itself.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very excited to live here for these upcoming semesters as I’ve heard great things and my older sister who had just graduated this semester lived here and enjoyed it.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Heard great things about the area and was extremely excited to be moving into the place after my freshman year. So far so good, it’s got a lot of space and the furniture is pretty nice

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love it here. Have my own space and get to live with my friends! It is very homey and comfortable it also has every asset I need. Washer and dryer in facility is a huge plus!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It was awesome. The people who live there are all college students so it makes it so much fun plus all of the staff and RA’s are awesome. Plus super close to campus

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love living in UP. Can’t wait to come back and live there for another year. So much to do around the area and school is only like 5 minutes away.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My apartment at University Park suites all my daily needs and goes above and beyond what I expect for student housing. I would highly recommend these apartments to others.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

haven’t lived in UP yet but have heard great things about it! can’t wait to experience it. have a lot of friends that live there now that i spend a lot of time with!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love living in UP! Excited for no longer being in the dorms. University Park is a nice way of living. Has a nice kitchen and living room along with your own bedroom and bathroom.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Park is a great place- close to campus, around all of your friends, and you get to have your first “real” apartment. Appliances are up to date and allow you to cook and gather around the table with your friends.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really appreciate the University Park staff for their good customer service, but sometimes they could be more prompt with the question response time.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Maintenance has not been the best, we had to wait almost a month for things to get repaired. Appliances are outdated but good other than that.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living in UP. I have had many friends live here and its perfect that they live right around the corner. I love having my own living space and own kitchen. I have enough space to do me, yet be close to my roommates and friends.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Customer service is very nice and answers all my questions. The rooms have a lot of space and you are provided with a large amount of furniture to begin with.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

really love it here. the staff are great and helpful. love our neighbors as well. Its so great that the complex puts on so many events for residents!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great living experience. UP gives you access to all the local food spots and the campus being less than 10 minutes away which makes it easier to commute.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Staff are fantastic. My roommate and I have needed to have a couple things fixed in our apartment and maintenance came within 24 hours and got it done. They are always quick and polite and I haven’t had to get anything fixed twice. I also got locked out of my apartment once at 3 a.m. and the RA was totally cool with letting me back in. A few things like the shower head could be updated but overall it’s a great place to live close to campus.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the apartment complex of university park! I just wish the pool would be open for all of the residents to use. Other than that I love it!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I like living here because it gives me a sense of community and everyone is pretty nice even though they are loud. I don‘t know, it’s a fun place and we have a pool

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My experience is almost over, t was so great living there I never moved. I love the amenities and people as a whole. Great time yeah aight bet

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Parking was frequently an issue at night and residents would have to resort to parking in the visitors lot. The thermostat would frequently not work.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

up is a very fun place to live. You are close to everyone in your class and you feel involved. The apartment itself is very nice and is a perfect place to create lifelong friendships.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Enjoyed living at University Park. It was very nice to have your own bedroom. I also enjoyed having access to the clubhouse for coffee and a place to study.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It’s an amazing atmosphere as I have the opportunity to live in a diverse environment with more residents! The pool as an amazing asset including the grill!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have lived at University Park for two years and have enjoyed both years. The amenities are great and the maintenance staff and front desk staff are always ready and willing to help.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Overall, I believe my resident experience was above average. I love having the pool open during the warmer months. It's a great place to socialize and befriend other residents. The clubhouse is an amazing place to relax. I love the layout of it, the amenities, and the support from the staff.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

university park has been a nice place to live for the past year. I recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to live in the beat dorms. nice

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The only issue i had was my light was replaced multiple times but still never fixed. Other than that, all my problems were fixed within a timely matter.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

i enjoy living here. i have been able to have fun and enjoy where i live. everything we have requested has been granted to us and we are very happy with where we live

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great! The people were awesome and working with the UP team was also amazing. Also, the application process was good and the free coffee would get me through the day!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's pretty okay. I can't really complain for how much I pay in rent. I have everything I'd want and it's within walking distance of my university.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I would just prefer a better noise cancelation walls because I don't like hearing my neighbors conversations as if they were my roommate. Also, every resident should be provided with the updated amenities as they upgrade or renew the apartments.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Awesome apartment complex. It’s easy to get to campus and the staff is pretty friendly. I love working In the business center and tv room!!!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I feel so safe living here, club house is cool too, alway something to do here because of the different events are housed. RAs are nice and understanding.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

UP makes me feel apart of a valuable community and has contributed to my ideal view of a safe environment. The facilities it provides is amazing and everyone should consider being a part of UP.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have loved living in UP. My apartment is my safe place and my roommates are the best. Everyone I know that lives around me is amazing as well. My RA is also the sweetest.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living here and being so close to all my friends. The apartments are extremely close to campus which helps with getting to and from class. I also really enjoy using the clubhouse and all the outdoor areas provided.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great location close to campus, restaurants and grocery stores. Nice new appliances and apartments are in great condition. Wish the new pool was open though

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great I really like the amenities except I wish they would put the pool sticks back and have more security cameras bc it’s very unsafe at night

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love university park it is so much fun. All my friends are so close so there is a great feeling of family. UP I get my own bathroom and a full size bed.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Park was a great experience. I loved the staff, the activities offered by the clubhouse, and the community in general. The outdoor area was amazing; the hammocks, the grill, and the lake really set the mood.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The UP staff has always been very friendly! I enjoy the free food Friday’s they have and the amenities in the clubhouse are awesome. I would definitely recommend

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love living here. if i could live here again i would. everyone is so great and the apartment is nice and in a great location. love the free food fridays too

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Park is a great apartment complex that has a convenient location near campus and across from amenities like the university fitness club and sports fields.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

enjoy living here and being around my friends. But i do wish that the apartment bathrooms were nicer and more up to date the apartment was very unclean when moving in.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

UP is a great living option for sophomores. I enjoy being in walking distance to my friends. I also enjoy the outdoor areas where we can hang when the weather is nice. Maintenance is very helpful and really fast whenever something needs to be fixed.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The staff and matience crew has always been super friendly and helpful while I’ve lived here! Whenever an issue occurred it was taken care of promptly and thoroughly!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Unclean environment and unworthy RA’s. Location is close to school but renovations need to happen quicker. Many problems with utilities and should be allowed more Ryan one vehicle

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great community with plenty of helpful staff to answer any questions you may have. Other students are respectful and thoughtful of others which is great for a college community.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Park is an amazing place to live! The apartments are spacious and have furniture already inside, and the walk to campus gets me my daily exercise. Wins all around @ UP!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The location is great for first time off campus students. The community is great as a sophomore since most of the sophomore class lives here. Being able to be so close to friends has been amazing and is improving my college experience. This complex is safe, close to everything I need and the staff always host events so the residents can always have a good time. The apartments are nice except some updates and cleanliness. But it wouldn’t change my decision to live here, I love UP!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the apartments and the staff, they really help when something is wrong. I have gone to them many times for help and someone has assisted me.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love it! My RA is great and I love my freedom here. I also appreciate how safe I feel. There’s a shuttle that brings me right to campus which is perfect because finding parking on campus is hard. My only complaint is that sometimes other residents leave their trash out and it doesn’t get cleaned up.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living in up has been a great experience for me. It is perfect for sophomores transitioning and being able to leave the dorms but still be so close to campus and around so many friends and classmates has made the year great.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Not sure what it is about the 4x4’s, but I don’t know why I paid so much. Hear everything from my room, even whoever lives above me’s phone on vibrate. Nothing comes out of my vents so it’s either always WAY too hot or cold- yet ALWAYS humid which creates major condensation on my windows (they are definitely not sealed right) which then creates this horrifying black mold. I’m extremely allergic, filed maintenance reports 3 times now to no avail, clean it myself regularly now or else I can’t breathe. Our electric stove likes to catch on fire sometimes so that’s fun. Was told we were getting new appliances last September (we didn’t). Have to put clothes through the dryer 3 times before they’re dry. Carpets turn feet black. It’s nice having a big apartment and space to live, and staff is really nice and so are amenities and location, but it’s not worth the money to constantly battle with my health living here. There were only 2 weeks last semester where I wasn’t being treated for a respiratory illness, but fully stopped once I was home for winter break. Just be careful.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The only complaint I have is the amount of parking available, as the lots fill up very quickly and it’s often hard to find spaces near home.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This is a great place to live for the price your paying. Close to campus and friendly management. Clubhouse is neat quiet and very useful for studying and a quick workout.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It has been a long run with university park but it has been a good one as well. Love how it doesnt cost much to live there and in general great atmosphere.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

UP isn't that bad, I like the bus route because it is pretty close to campus. I wish we had better wifi and more free food friday's at the clubhouse.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Staying here is great. The appliances were all brand new when we moved in and there has been no issue this far. I would definitely recommend living here to a friend!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

its great! it is close to campus, maintnance is quick, the fire alarms do go off toooo much but besides that i like it, the pool is nice also

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great location and has been a great first apartment for my roommates and I. Every time we had a problem maintenance would always be here in a timely manner.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

love it here the only think that is wrong theres nothing i could do about it. the community it safe i like how theres lots of lights out so i can see at night and also how there are always cops out now

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have enjoyed living at University Park for two years now. The apartment complex is in a convenient location with great staff members who respond in a timely manner.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Overall, it's alright for what it is. Since it is technically oncampus, theres alot of younger foolishness going on. Parties all the time and the smell of weed is around almost every weekend, but that's to be expected. I can walk to campus and there's coffee included, so alright by my standard

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Had a lot of good experiences, but there has been maintenance issues a couple times, such as ceiling damage, broken disposal. However, they were dealt with timely.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the proximity to campus and maintenance has always been really helpful. It’s the perfect set up and has just enough room and space for 4 people with everything we need.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My residence experience has been great. Everyone who works with UP is wonderful and very helpful! Whenever there is a problem they are quick to fix things and help make a comfortable living.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the location of University park, being as close to campus as it is. The only few complaints I have are the condition of the appliances, and cleanliness when moved in. But maintenance is great and all of our problems got taken care of quickly!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Some neighbors will be out at all hours screaming or blasting music. Also, the kitchen appliances could be better, fridge bigger, microwave higher voltage, and dishwasher that doesn't destroy things.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great amenities and nice apartments with upgraded appliances. I really like the additions being made to the complex and it seems that UP is really trying to stay updated.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

UP is not consistent with their rules and the things they tell residents. But the apartment is nice and cheaper than other furnished apartments in the area.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University park is a great place to live here at SU. My roommate and I really enjoy our room and all the services that University Park offers us.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Good place to live, should have less strict policies on having pets though.. pets are very soothing to many and it would be greatly appreciated if we could have them without repercussions

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University park is a lot of fun and all but it’s very unsafe and poorly managed. The whopping 2 security cameras don’t even cover the entire parking lot so therefore my car got damaged and there’s no video of who did it. The manager in the office was near useless when I reported the incident. Also, my roomates bike got stolen and our apartment almost got broken into but I called the police and locked the door to which, the police never showed up. So thanks a lot UP!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I moved here last semester from University Village, it’s more lively here. A lot more to do and it’s just so much better in general. It’s also pretty close to the university

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Pretty decent place to live in. Not much to do but the living conditions are good. Perfect place to live for a sophomore. But it is very pricey

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love it in university park. My apartment is nice and cozy and I feel comfortable having company over without it being crowded. Plus, everyone is so close together, so linking up with friends is easy.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Good area, reasonable rent price, amentities have everything you need, great for college students. If you have any issues with applicances maintence comes out right away.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living in UP. My bedroom and private bathroom are spacious. It’s a very comfortable apartment. I also have the best roommates. Overall great.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Park is a great place to live! All of my friends live in university park and it is alot of fun! Everything is very nice and new and cool.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The walls are paper thin. The legend of the 28th aswell but that's not healthy. And I think the next day you will find out if you wanna come over. How did you know I am eating.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the service provided from maintenance due to them going the extra mile to fix whatever problem I'd have and also Mr. Clinton for always being there for me with any issues, and always on it! The whole UP team is awesome.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really love the location, everyone is still close to you but you have privacy that dorms don’t provide. The amenities in the apartments are really nice and convenient.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

A little expensive for a college student but the amenities make up for it. Walls a little thin meaning you can hear what’s going on in apartments around you and also outside. Staff very friendly tho.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

i have loved my experience at UP. It has provided a comfortable and safe environment while also being convenient. it has also given me the opportunity to be closer with my graduating class

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Park is really fun! I love the scenery and the atmosphere. The community is really great, and all of the employees are very friendly!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The complex is well maintained making it a great place to live. I have enjoyed swimming in the pool and the hammocks around the complex. I like seeing the cops when I’m around because I feel safer. The walls are extremely thin though which is hard when you have loud roommates.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The maintenance team is so helpful! Also the staff is very friendly and all of the RA’s are very sweet! If I could live here again I would! Thanks

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living at University Park because it is technically on-campus housing, so you get all the benefits that come along with that, but you basically have the freedom of living off-campus.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

UP has the best maintenance team anyone could ask for, the rent is too steep and they should include HBO with how much we are paying a month but it’s a prime location with plenty of cooo neighbors

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very nice and comfortable community, the distance from Univerty Park to the school has a walkable distance and easy to bike to. The only problem I’d say I have is not being able to park where my apartment is most of the time.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Maintenance is always very helpfully but the clubhouse is rarely stocked with all the amenities it offers and apartments are outdated and overpriced.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Park is a great place to live. The only problems I have had are the garbage disposal in our kitchen leaking (which was fixed promptly) and the walls are thin. Other than that, no complaints!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far it’s been really interesting. I live with two people I know and a random and we all get along really well with her! It can be a little noisy at night but I also understand college kids love to party.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Pretty decent. Wifi could be better but overall very satisfied with this apartment. Very close proximity to campus and clubhouse is a nice perk.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Pretty expensive for average living to be honest. Rent is overwhelming for students duh as myself with minimal financial aid and when you pay such a high rent for living conditions that are not very desireable you recognize the unfairness tradeoff.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University park is a great place to live. It is in a great location and it is for the residents. I was moved out of my apartment per my request and the staff was really helpful. Great place to live.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Everything is amazing honestly. Very convenient, and the apartments are super nice. I’m definitely glad that I chose to live in University Park.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartments are great if you want to be away from campus. The buses make it easy to travel to and from campus, if not walking isn’t bad either. The apartments are a good size but almost everyone’s apartment vents have mold in them. The carpet are a bit gross so I would recommend wearing socks. The shower heads also need to be replaced

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have throughly enjoyed my stay at University Park. In addition to the amazing apartments, the staff has been very helpful and super nice! I am looking forward to the rest of my stay at university park.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the apartment so much it’s the perfect size and feels like home. However, I have found mold and my couches are destroyed from a dog from the previous renters. I have asked the office to replace it multiple times and have told me they can’t. I think since I have just moved in everything should be new. ALso appliances suck and I was told they were supposed to be replaced but they weren’t.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I enjoy living at UP. It is nice to have furnished apartments and not having to worry about getting all that stuff on your own. Also the appliances are brand new!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far UP has been ok. Walls are kind of thin so I can hear my neighbors. The maintenance is nice. My apartment needs updated it is one of the only complexes that has not yet. Also our stove caught on fire and we did not get a new stove which was weird. When I moved in my apartment was dirty as well.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My experience at University Park is positive. I really like the atmosphere that University Park offers and I also really like the fact that I feel like I live off campus when I am not. Many people I know in other colleges are still in dorms even in their junior year so I find it an amazing experience to have my own apartment as a sophomore.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Overall i like UP but there are a lot of things wrong with the apartment, such as paint splashes, marks, tears in furniture. My neighbors above us are so loud it sounds like they’re stomping and falling all the time.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I enjoy living at University Park Apartments because its centrally located, close to friends and the university, and it has everything that you could need on a daily basis.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Whenever there is a problem they are always there too help. The facilities are also very clean and up to date!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This has been a great community to stay in . It is in a very convenient location because of school and it is within walking distance from many food locations . I highly recommend

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Park is a beautiful apartment complex and I love living here. The staff is friendly and attentive and always make sure residents have a positive living experience. Fun and interactive place to live.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I loved living here. It was an interesting experience and I met a lot of great people in this community. I would definitely suggest University Park to underclassmen.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living at university park was an alright time, having a sort of apartment thing was really nice, the walls are very thinn, but UP gives you a nice place to live that is way less uptight than the dorms

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My experience living here is much better than where I was living last year on campus. One of my only concerns is that the walls are very thin, and the people above and below us play music was too loud.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartments are fairly big. Bring your cleaning supplies when you move in because you are definitely going to need them. The walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbors all the time. I had issues with my roommate and the manager seemed to not care, nobody helped me figure out what to do, they actually made the situation worse!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Pretty awesome place to live in. Love the distance from campus as well as the special events for residents. Only real complain is the girls that live above me haha!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The thing I love about UP is the convenience to campus. I love that the bus stops here to take me to class, and the walk isn’t far either if I miss the bus.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Being near campus is great and the gym is a real lifesaver. Also leaving near friends makes everything great. The clubhouse is a great place to hang out.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This is my first time living in University Park and my overall experience has been great. I love how close it is from campus. Also the staff are super friendly and very helpful.

Lots of damage to the apartment from pervious residents, but great location and good amenities. The pool, gazebos, and hammock are wonderful. Mail is a little interesting. People have sent me letters and they get returned to sender with a stamp that says "address does not exist".

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

environment is safe, good distance from campus, everything is convenient. however, people who live above me are very loud and party a lot. It can be very annoying on weeknights, but fine on weekends.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

deciding where to live was a bit of a struggle, but when I found University park I knew I I had found the perfect place. the brand new appliances were super satisfying to see on move in day.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This living community is a decent one. It’s very loud at times and bugs everywhere. But the staff is nice. I would recommend this to many of my friends.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I rate my apartment community a 10. I’ve been living at university park for two years now and I love it. The people are nice and the complex is beautiful

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Maintenance is very helpful and the place is nice. If you live in the 4x4 parking isn’t an issue, but I have heard that it can be for the 2x2.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really enjoy the atmosphere of University Park. I also enjoy having an RA, as its a good step towards independence while still having someone in case of emergency

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living in my apartment. The people around me are awesome, and the community offers a lot of fun things to do. The clubhouse is an awesome accommodation to have as well.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Neighbors are loud but otherwise it’s fine! The only other downside is there’s not much parking by my apartment and when I have night classes it’s a bummer

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Clean complex for the most part, when i moved in i noticed a lot of cobwebs and spiders which made me feel uncomfortable but after i cleaned it was better

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My experience has been great. Sometimes neighbors can be loud with music, but that's expected in a college apartment. You guys are efficient and I love the email reminders!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The experience here is really nice. Good place, good location, nice rooms. I like to sit on couches here. The couches are nice and uhhh yea nice couch

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love how big the apartment is. And it is within walking disyance to campus which is super nice. It's within safe walking distance of a couple good restraunts as well!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great location. VERY uncomfortable couches and very loud. The club house is pretty nice with a personal Starbucks machine and massage chairs.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have no issues honestly because maintenance takes care of issues rapidly and any questions I have about anything is handled swiftly. Also because of the police patrol, blue lights, I never feel fearful when I am walking to my apartment late at nights.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I am a resident of University Park, and I have had a good experience for the most part. My random roommate is wild, playing music at 8 am. The people above blast their music all night but I’m okay with that cause that’s what UP is about.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I don't like how strict the rules are like how there are no pets allowed. it can also get loud at times, it could be 3am on a Wednesday night and i'll hear people screaming. Overall though, it's a nice place to live at for school.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Close to campus, maintenance is amazing, the amenities at the clubhouse are very useful and everyone in there is very nice. The loud noises super early in the morning from trash and construction suck though

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartment complex is pretty well maintenance, at least where I am at in the 2x2. Every time I have had to call the main office they have always been helpful.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have lived at University Park for two years now and enjoy the proximity to the university as well as the easy communication with management.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartments at University Park are extremely nice and the staff truly work to make our experience a good one. It can get a little loud sometimes but the locations and amenities are worth it.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartment wasn't cleaned when I moved in, there are parties all night every weekend and it constantly smells like weed. There are people outside my building who just scream in the middle of the night sometimes

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love being so close to my friends, with access to everything I need. Everyone is friendly and the workers in the club house have always helped me.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My experience at university park is pretty stable. I dont have many complaints mainly just enjoying my time here. I would like some new washer and dryers though, my friends apartment got new ones but I didnt.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My experience at University Park has been nothing but amazing. From the easy access to the pool to a quite place to study. I love living here.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

That apartment is better than the dorms but there are some things that could be better the drains are clogged in my apt and the doors don’t close sometimes.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great ammenities, helpful resident staff and overall great community. Brand new appliances work great and the apartments themselves are great!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Park is a great place to live. It is a great community and they have great amenities. I would definitely recommend University Park to anyone who is looking for housing

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Really fun place to live. The RA is really chill. Thursday-Saturday can be really loud because of the weekend but you get used to it. Also its nice that you don't have to worry about utilities.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Pretty alright, kitchen is dated and other apt buildings were updated. Doors don’t fit their frame right and showers have no sense of proper water pressure

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The space is enough for 4 people, but my room is a little small. All of the appliances work efficiently and well. I’ve had zero problems with my apartment. Dab

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living at University Park is great!! This apartment complex provides so many amenities including Starbucks coffee, free food fridays, and goodies to keep us going during finals.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Apartment was dirty when we moved in and they were not very helpful with cleaning it. There are rad and they have too much access to the apartment.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living in university park has been a great experience so far. I am a sophomore and live in the four by four apartments. My room and closet are big.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My apartment community is very very nice. I enjoy living at University Park Salisbury, however I do not always feel safe at night. I feel that more security or some blue lights would improve that.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Good, furniture is cheap, couches tear easily and there have been issues with maintenance but over all very good for student housing! Much better than the dorms.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living in UP is nice. It was a good transition from dorm residency to on your own living. The clubhouse is full of amenities that are always available for students to use. However if I could improve UP I would add several more blue lights and street lights in general. After several events regarding safety within the development UP staff did little to change their policies.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

i love it here. it would have been a better start if i didnt have fleas in my apartment other than that i like it here and i like having the club house near by with thw gym in t

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great amenities and great location! I really like playing pool at the clubhouse and the coffee machine is great when it works. The upgraded appliances are great!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the way the rooms are set up. But the walls and stuff are then so you hear everything even the people walk above you. But other then that it’s great

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great atmosphere! Love the staff and love my apartment! I would live here again if I could. I really like how they replace the applicances to keep them updated

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Apartments are suiting for sophomores. Some issues with cleanliness but other than that no complaints! Perfect distance and convenient, overall a good place to live.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Its pretty nice, I enjoy living here. I was annoyed when the comcast people set up the boxes, i do not use mine and did not need it set up in my room

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Nice but our ac just stopped working and it is super hot. We were told it would be a couple of days before it is fixed and it makes the nights very uncomfortable.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My experience here has been great so far! I love the size of my room and the privacy is great. The closeness to the school is very convienent. The shuttle has been on time every day.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My experience here at University Park so far has been great, aside from all the bugs that are attracted to the building, it has been nice having my own apartment.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living in this community. Its so close to campus it only takes me about 10-15 minutes to get to my classes. I love the fact that I have my own room and bathroom to decorate and spend quiet time in. Also the staff here is amazing and maintenance is super quick. The only negative things I would say is the pool closes too early in the season, I wish the kitchens were updated, and apartments should be a little cleaner when you move in.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love living in UP. Love my apartment! My room is a good size and the bathroom is even better. Never have trouble with parking either, that’s definitely a plus for a college student!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Staff and RAs are super nice. Apartments were renovated, new appliances. Everything works properly. Maintenance orders are completed very quickly. Overall very nice.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really like the atmosphere of University Park. The scenery is beautiful; the lake, the hammocks, and the benches really add to it. I also love how the apartments have their own pool which makes for easy access.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living in University Park is the most pleasant place I’ve ever lived. The rooms are very nice and the amenities included are great. Everyone at UP is very friendly and helpful

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love University Park so far. My experience has been great as well as my roommates. My apartment is a great size and I love the free food at the clubhouse!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartment came in a very dirty state, vents disgusting, couch cushions falling apart, floor covered in dirt. Anther issue is bugs, they will be here, no matter how clean you are. Otherwise, it’s in a decent location, is a pretty cool place to live, they have terrible WiFi, but it is WiFi. Cable isn’t great either.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My experience here at University Park has been great. Everyone here is really nice and kind. The RA'S are really cool to hangout with and talk to. I love the fact that there's free Starbucks and popcorn available in the clubhouse.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love UP, the community is very nice and close to campus. My apartment is a great size and I would like to stay here until I graduate from Salisbury.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University park is a quiet place to live surrounded by students! I feel safe and secure where I live. Also, I enjoy being so close to campus!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Some of the appliances were not working properly, and paint splatters from remodeling were present. Overall a very nice apartment complex and would recommend.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Cool looking apartments with good amenities. Clubhouse has a lot of cool different activities and a nice gym and soda/coffee machine. Good amount of students around that I know, makes it convenient.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

i lived in the dorms last year and I thought it was so much fun but the whole year I was so excited to move to University Park. I love living here! I have a fully functioning kitchen so I love being able to make my own dinner every night. I also love that I have my own bedroom! Another plus is that I shared a dorm bathroom with 10 other girls and here I only have to share with one. A great thing about living here is that you learn how to love on your own!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The community itself is very appealing. The apartment conditions are nice, but has many flaws. The community does need a lot of upgrading, but overall is a great place to live.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Work orders are slow to be completed and the apartment has bugs but other then that university park is fantastic. The club house is also very nice

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Parks is a great place to live. The appartments are so nice and put together and it’s great having everyone so close. The clubhouse also has some added bonuses which are always great to check out!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The community is nice and kept clean by services provided by the community. Although it is an enjoyable place to stay, some aspects within the apartments are not well kept by maintenance

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love it at University Park. I live not having to wake up right on campus and being able to walk outside and sit and drink a cup of coffee in the morning.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The community is gorgeous. The clubhouse has many things to offer such as morning pick ups, Starbucks coffee, comfortable seating, games and a pool!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Park is an ideal place to live! Everything is within walking (or biking) distance in regards to campus and restaurants! It’s far enough away that you don’t feel the pressure of school and you get more of a homey experience!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I thoroughly enjoy my time here at University Park. The RAs made me feel welcome, and the staff in the club house do their best to help me with whatever questions I have.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I’ve lived here for the past two semesters now and I have had nothing but good experiences. The community at University Park really strives to create an environment where everyone feels welcome.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartments are very nice and there’s plenty of room for me and my roommate. All of the utilities work perfectly and we are lucky enough to have a cool view of the duck pond. Only complaints are the distance from campus and the school’s internet

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Sometimes it can get a little noisy with people yelling outside late at night. Other than that I have been pretty happy with my current living experience

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartments are pretty nice, the amount of space in mine is really good. I love having a kitchen big enough to actually cook in. The staff’s really nice as well and you can tell they have residents’ best interests in mind. Close to campus but far enough that I feel like I get a break from school living here which is really nice.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love my appartment, great atmosphere and great neighbors. Coming back really feels like I am coming home. I would definitely recommend University Park to friends and family.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I absolutely love living in University Park. It is so beautiful. The best part about living in UP is the fact that I have friends in all buildings surrounding me. I loved being able to decorate a home and make it my own. I truly love living in UP, and my RA is the bomb.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living in University Park. The commute to school is very short, whether walking or driving. The appliances are new and modern and they recently repainted the walls, it looks great!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great rooms I love having my own bathroom, the club house is great with the free coffee, printing, and gym. But the only down side so far is that we put in a work order for our ice machine the first Saturday here, they came to fix it two weeks ago but they ordered the wrong part and we haven’t heard anything since. So we don’t know if we’re going to get an ice machine.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The atmosphere is very homey and cozy at University Park. Neighbors are friendly and I feel like I’m at home when I go to my apartment at the end of the night.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It has been great living at UP so far this year. When there was a problem in the apartment maintenance was out in a few hours to fix it. I would defiantly recommend a friend to live here next semester.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It is a beautiful area to live, the staff are really friendly and welcoming. Maintenance is always right on top of things if something were to go wrong. I’m happy living here.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This is my second year in UP and I love it. Close to campus, has everything I need, spacious bedrooms in 4x4s. Good staff. Quiet area for the most part.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Noise can be heard through floors and ceilings (think loud boys wrestling at 1am) other than that staff is great and tries to make the best of situations. Parking can be challenging because although there are parking permits nothing seems to happened to people who are without permits taking up the spots

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University park is alright complex. My packages are dealt with pretty well. The pool could be a little deeper. I like that I just got a new fridge, stove, and dishwasher.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It has been amazing to have repairs/ upgrades each year and incredible customer service! I have lived here for 2 years and have lived everyday.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It is very noisy here as if they did not put in any insolation or anything inveteeent the walls, floors and ceilings. The kitchen is also very outdated and the appliances provided are falling apart. The couches are not comfy at all either.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Rough roommate situations but helped out as much as possible to get switched and resolve any issues. Only negative was the furniture- had paint splatters on it and just was outdated in general).

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I thoroughly enjoyed living at University Park last year and will be living there again this upcoming year. The staff is very nice and the community as a whole is a great place to live.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Everything so far at University Park has been great. The buildings are very nice and there is plenty of space for you and your roommates. The apartments are a little far from campus but i love it because it forces me to exercise a bit!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Everything is usually great and there’s a lot of nice improvements being made but I think summer residents would appreciate a more personalized notice before the summer painting is done in the apartments since some people stay here alone over the summer and it’s unsettling to come home to your belongings having been moved completely unexpectedly when there was no emergency.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Really great I am living here again next year and love the new appliances we got! I feel very safe here and the staff is so friendly too!! Thank you

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love it here. Great memories and nice staff. Great place to live after freshman year. The maintenance crew was always very fast and nice. Great college apartment!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really enjoy living here. Maintenance is always available and ready to help if something goes wrong and the staff in the clubhouse is super helpful. Overall it's a great place to live.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Staff is always friendly and helpful, maintenance requests get dealt with usually in 2 days or less. The only problem would be University Park staff, not the RAs, take a while to respond back and seem to always be busy.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartment is nice but a bit overpriced for what we get. Overall, room sizes are small but kitchen and living area is spacious. Dryers are poor, they do not dry clothes fully after a full cycle.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

everything was pretty good I just had a bad roommate experience. I had to move into a different apartment but the new roommate is good. Maitenence was good as well. They should uprgrade the dryers they do not work well

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Fun to be around your friends but you are way over charged for things. We have black mold near our vents. The laundry room doors have fallen off multiple times from how poorly made they are and the blinds break if you sneeze on them

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the community and the staff is wonderful. I am closing in on a year here and I do not want it to end. I am truly enjoying myself. Anyone would love it

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartment complex is very nice and convenient, super close to campus and highly appreciate the shuttle service! Complex is well kept and enjoy the services provided by the clubhouse.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have lived in UP for the past 3 years and I have always liked living here. The staff is always friendly and the RAs have been helpful. I really enjoy going to the club house and playing pool with my friends and it gives us an area to all be together

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Park is pretty great, I don’t feel the need to move anywhere else. I’m glad that it’s cheaper than university orchard also. Can they get a grill at the pool though? That would make this place complete!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Park is a great apartment complex because there are great ammenities and maintenance is very helpful. It’s also very close to campus so it’s a good location.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I've enjoyed living in University Park. I started in the 4x2 then upgraded to the 4x4 for the next 2 years. The 4x2 was a decent size, and the 4x4 is huge with our own bathrooms.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

GREAT! i love the location, the amenities, and how nice the staff is! deff recommend to friends and will be living here next year for sure!! thanks

University park is a very nice space to live that is just far enough away from campus that you do have some freedom. The rooms are a decent size and so is the full kitchen!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living in UP. It's conveniently located, the apartments are cute, and the gym is an added bonus. Maintenance has always responded to calls quickly and efficiently. I haven't had any issues living her le.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I enjoy living at University Park. The apartments are an easy walk from campus and very convenient. The staff is very nice and accommodating.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have enjoyed my time living at University Park. The apartments are a good size, they have a gym you can go to in the clubhouse, and maintenance fixes things right away. Also, University park is cheaper than UO and some of the other places for students to live in Salisbury. The only thing I would say is the noise level, but for college apartments, even that isn’t too bad.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great place to live only thing that would be better is if there was more parking by certain apartments. The complex can get loud at times which is only a problem for certain rooms

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I enjoy living at university park. The apartments are nice and easy to live in. All of the staff is very helpful and amicable. Great living experience

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Park Apartments always cater to the needs of the students. The clubhouse is a great way to let off stress, and the maintenance people always come in a timely manner

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University park is the best place to live because you get the “living independently” feel while still being around your classmates and the “dorm feel. “

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Really enjoy the apartment and ammenities! Only problem is when people get out of hand and loud or obnoxious but that is unavoidable at college

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the independence of UP, and I have signed up to live here next year too! Can’t wait to make more memories and enjoy the living here thank you!!!!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartment community is amazing! I love the location of the apartment to the school and the walk is not too long. The apartment is nicely furnished and homey.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

University Park has given me a very positive experience thus far. Maintenance has been very helpful as well as anyone at the clubhouse who I have had questions for.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very good place to live. Have lived here for the last two years. My building 1407 seemed to be much nicer last year. Not as kept up this year.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

the community is great but things stop working very frequently. It sometimes feels as though we have owners or may receive noise complaints simply for walking around or watching tv.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It has been a great experience. When something needs to get fixed they come fast. There are shuttles to take you to campus so you don't have to walk

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living in University park. Everything I need is included and I am so comftorable in my apartment. The staff here is also super helpful

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have been having a great experience! My neighbors don't bother me and I have the best RA ever! The only problem I have is living on the first floor gets a lot of bugs in the apartment but its worth it.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living here, we are actually renewing today! The only issue I've had so far was the cleanliness of the apartment when we moved in - we had to clean the entire thing over again. Other than that, it is great.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have had a very pleasant experience here. I love the amenities and convince of this community. It is the perfect distance from campus and is a very amazing place.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartments are very clean and the staff is very helpful. Maintenance comes very fast and fixes everything. This makes living at University Park feel like home.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living here has been great! The staff is very kind and welcoming and the apartments are really nice. It is close to the school and a quick walk to class.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's really good except for the fruit 🍉 flies. I cannot stand them. I think my bedroom is good. The light to the outside should be able to go on and off but it doesn't

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

great housing for salisbury students. Some negative aspects but overall great place to live. Close to campus, roomy, and conveniently located.

4 / 5

I love living in University Park. It's clean, spacious, and well worth the price. I am considering living in University Park next year. Go Gulls

My experience at university park has been good so far. The neighborhood is nice and the clubhouse offers a lot for students. My only complaint is the amount of noise there is in the surrounding apartments.

So far living in UP has been very nice the maintenance people responsed quickly to any problems and living within close proximity of my friends is super nice as well!

The University Park community is a great place to live typically as a sophomore. There are many housing options that make staying here great for everyone. I really enjoy it here and would highly reccomend it in the future.

Apartments are good conditions but they fix any problems that arise. Close to campus and community is great. Very close to UFC which is awesome!

Great service. Maintenance fixed our AC issues quickly. The clubhouse is also great with their pool tables and drink dispensers. Great place to live.

Overall it's great. My room is right next to the stairs so it's loud on the weekends, but otherwise it's perfect. The kitchen is nice, and we were given a brand new washer and dryer without requesting one.

I absolutely love University Park! The neighborhood is great and it is so close to campus. Having your own room is amazing because you can have your privacy and still live with your best friends!

University park is an amazing off campus apartment complex. Love that all the amenities are provided such as the black couches and white fridges
